I love Burano! It’s such a magical place that I’ve always thought it was populated by fairies and elves, poets and romantic dreamers! And not even the bitter cold in these days could stop me from going back, as always, whenever I go to Venice. I created my look on the road: the shirt is one of Ken Scott’s from the early 70s, with palazzo pyjamas which I didn’t wear or I would have frozen to death. I bought it at Street Doing Vintage in Florence, a vintage paradise, which you must visit if you happen to be nearby. Of course I couldn’t miss out on my usual trip to Luisa Via Roma where I went on a “Faux Furs Spree” in the sales, buying a whole bunch by Urbancode, one of which I’m wearing. Finally I completed my look in Venice with the wonderful hat, also vintage, which lovingly protected me from the icy wind which threatened to freeze my my head off. The result…. A perfect…. Mix between fairy and elf….. to which I added Moschino’s magic touch.

Adoro Burano! È un luogo talmente incantevole che ho sempre pensato fosse popolato da fatine e folletti, poeti e romantici sognatori! E neanche il gelo polare di questi giorni ha potuto farmi desistere nel tornarci, come sempre, d’altronde quando mi reco a Venezia. Il mio look l’ho creato on the road: la camicia è un capo di Ken Scott dei primi anni 70, compreso di pigiama palazzo che non ho indossato per non congelarmi. L’ ho acquistato da Street Doing Vintage a Firenze, un paradiso del vintage, che se vi trovaste casualmente nei paraggi , vi consiglio vivamente di visitare. Naturalmente non potevo rinunciare al mio consueto giretto da Luisa Via Roma dove con i saldi ho fatto “la grande abbuffata di Faux Furs” acquistandone una serie fra cui quella che indosso di Urbancode. Infine a Venezia ho completato il mio look con il meraviglioso cappello, anch’esso vintage, che mi ha protetta amorevolmente dal vento glaciale che minacciava di ibernare la mia testa. Il risultato… Un perfetto… Mix tra fatina e folletto… a cui ho aggiunto il tocco magico di Moschino
